Processing Time

All orders are prepared and processed Monday to Saturday.

We do not process orders on Sunday, as we honour the Sabbath.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and processed before shipment.

Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Because many of our journals are personalized, some orders may require additional preparation time.

 

Shipping Locations

At the moment, we only ship within Canada.

We will expand to other countries soon.


Shipping Origin

All orders are prepared and shipped from Quebec, Canada.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

3–10 business days depending on your location within Canada.

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, high demand periods, or due to postal service delays.


Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
